By accessing or using Krims Code AI ("the Application", "the Bot", "the Service"), including all associated Discord bots, web interfaces, and API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or add it to your server.

1. Purpose of the Application

Krims Code AI is an all-in-one Discord bot, AI assistant, and gaming companion engineered by Krylo Team. Features include:

🧠 Persistent Neural AI Memory: Server-isolated conversational memory, lore recall, and automated support (/ask, /memory).
🛡️ Moderation & Server Protection: Dyno-grade moderation, anti-spam filters, and lightning-fast chat purges (/warn, /mute, /clear).
🔢 Cross-Server Mini-Games: Real-time counting engine and global leaderboards (/counting).
💰 Virtual Economy & RPG: Mining, fishing, duels, casino, clans, and web store integrations (/clan, /mine, /shop).
⭐ Activity Leveling: MEE6-style text & voice XP leveling with customizable rank cards (/rank).
🛠️ All-In-One Utilities: Instant translation, math calculation, worldwide weather, and reminder alerts (/translate, /calc, /weather, /remind).

2. User Conduct and Authorized Access

You agree to use Krims Code AI in compliance with standard Discord Community Guidelines. You may not attempt to exploit bot commands, reverse engineer proprietary neural systems, submit fraudulent API calls, or flood our servers with automated attacks.

3. Server Data Ownership & Administrator Rights

Server Owners retain full control over their community's data:

Data Isolation: Memory, chat history, and server facts stored by Krims Code AI are strictly isolated per server and are never shared across unrelated servers.
Right to Erase: Server Administrators can purge their server's neural memory and facts at any time with immediate effect using /memory action:reset.
No Selling of Data: We never sell, rent, or monetize your server conversations or member activity.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not warrant against temporary downtime caused by Discord API outages, hosting network disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
